A little about Jenny

Pilates became part of my weekly routine when I working in a desk job as a to relax my mind and body and to offset the effects of sitting at a desk all day. Having felt the positive benefits it was an easy decision to take the steps to becoming a qualified teacher.  After a year of training with Body Control Pilates I set up my own classes in 2012 and I have been able to pass on the positive affects of Pilates through my weekly group matwork classes and private 1 to 1 lessons.

 

My classes focus on good movement, building a strong base, a good understanding of the Pilates principles and then progression to the more challenging exercises. I really enjoying using  the small equipment such as resistance bands, balls and weights in my classes and I hope you will to.  

 

I am currently working towards my Level 4 Pilates qualification, below are the qualifications that I already hold and some of the training courses and workshops I have attended.
