HOW TO JOIN… Reserve a space in your chosen class by sending me an email, I will then register you in the class and you will receive a zoom link to the lesson.

Maximum of 12 people in each class so please reserve your space as soon as possible.
Please have eqipment to hand during the lesson, a exercise mat or similar, a cushion or towel as padding for your head and or knees etc, a pilates ball and a resistance band. If you need any advice about equipment please do ask.
I will give various options for different abilities in the lesson but please join a class that is suitable for you.
I won’t be able to give corrections as I would in a normal class so please listen to your body and modify anything as necessary to accommodate injuries/conditions you’re working with.
A enrolment form and online disclaimer form must be completed prior to attending a online class.
New clients: If you have not attended my group lessons before you must complete an enrolment form before booking an online group class. If you have an injuries or health concerns please book a private lesson before joining a group class. If you are attending a in person class you will also need to complete a CVSQ form.
