HOW TO JOIN… Reserve a space in your chosen class clicking on the link above and registering for the classes you wish to attend. You will then receive a link to your email address to join the lesson.

Maximum of 12 people in each class so please reserve your space as soon as possible.
Please have eqipment to hand during the lesson, a exercise mat or similar, a cushion or towel as padding for your head and or knees etc, a pilates ball and a resistance band. If you need any advice about equipment please do ask.
I will give various options for different abilities in the lesson but please join a class that is suitable for you.
I won’t be able to give corrections as I would in a normal class so please listen to your body and modify anything as necessary to accommodate injuries/conditions you’re working with.
A enrolment form and online disclaimer form must be completed prior to attending a online class.
New clients: If you have not attended my group lessons before you must complete an enrollment form before booking an online group class. If you have an injuries or health concerns please book a private lesson before joining a group class. If you are attending a in person class you will also need to complete a CVSQ form.
