Health and Safety
If you have previously had an injury that has required treatment from a medical practitioner or have been advised to start Pilates by a doctor, Physiotherapist or other medical practitioner it is essential that before starting a group class you attend a private lesson to have a movement assessment. Please get in contact to arrange an appointment.
In the event of cancelled appointments, private lesson clients will be charged in full for their session unless 24 hours notice is given.
Price and Payment
Payments made by cash, bank transfer or cheque (made payable to Jennifer Brown) prior to the start of the lesson.

If you should miss a class, I regret that I cannot refund the cost however you can carry one class over to the next block of classes if you are able to inform me at least 24 hours in advance.
